translational research

Research and representative publications

What is translational research?

Our work starts with basic research: projects and studies that look to add knowledge to the field.

We use those findings to shape real-world applications with our communities and partner organizations through health programs.

And then we do it all over again, bringing real-world findings back to basic research, helping to refine and improve upon existing knowledge.

On this page you’ll see some examples of the research our senior scientists, fellows, and partner organizations have produced over the years.

You can learn more about us and our team at our About page.
