CTRI Celebrates Milestone 6 of the ECM Ramp-Up Meeting and Prepares for a Second Site to Expand ECM Activities

CTRI is proud to celebrate Milestone 6 of the Enhanced Care Management ramp-up process. This important milestone reflects the team’s continued progress, coordination, and commitment to strengthening ECM services for members and communities.

CTRI staff, management, and the Heluna Health team gathered at the Vital Space office for an evening of recognition, team updates, and strategic planning. The meeting provided an opportunity to celebrate progress through certificate presentations, review current status updates, and discuss next steps for continued ECM implementation.

A key focus of the gathering was the expectation and preparation for a second site to support CTRI’s ECM activities. This expansion will help increase service capacity, strengthen care coordination, and improve access to community-centered support for members.

The evening also created a relaxed atmosphere for staff and partners to connect, enjoy refreshments, and celebrate the hard work that has moved the ECM ramp-up process forward.
